Executive Committee

Serves as a sounding board for the Head of School, coordinates the work of the BOD, acts in place of the BOD between Board meetings in the manner prescribed by the bylaws and reports any actions to the Board, provides Board leadership and input for operational matters. Does not set policy. Plan and approve compensation for the Head of School and direct reports. Manage performance appraisal process for Head of School.
