Volunteer Photo ID

Photos are taken at the St. Anne Front Desk.  Once the above two steps are completed and fingerprints have cleared, the volunteer will receive their Volunteer Photo ID.

Volunteer Drivers

All parents who wish to be eligible to drive St. Anne School students on field trips, other than their own children, must complete the Driver’s Questionnaire.  This is available in this packet, on the St. Anne website, or may be picked up at the Front Desk.  You must complete and return the form at least two weeks prior to the field trip with an enlarged copy of your driver’s license (the front desk can make this copy for you). This document is submitted for driving clearance through our liability insurance carrier annually. Upon approval, you will be listed as an authorized driver for field trips for the current school year if you have completed the other requirements listed above (LiveScan fingerprinting, on-line safety education course and photo ID).

VOLUNTEERS WHO MET THE ABOVE VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS LAST YEAR WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO RETAKE THE FINGERPRINT, THE SHIELD THE VULNERABLE ONLINE CLASS OR THE PHOTO ID.  The insurance company requires Driver Questionnaire forms annually.

REMEMBER:  If you are on campus to volunteer, please comply with the following procedures:

  1. Sign the Volunteer Sign-In Log at the Front Office and wear a color-coded name badge for that day.
  2. Wear your Volunteer ID Badge at all times while you are on campus.
