Founded in 1992 by a group of dedicated parents, St. Anne School works in partnership with a Board of Directors that provides strategic direction for the school and ensures that the school embodies its Mission. The beautiful St. Anne School campus offers a safe environment that nurtures students' learning while they build lifelong relationships with friends and teachers. Nestled in the hills of Laguna Niguel, only two miles from the Pacific Ocean, the school provides state-of-the-art technology, dedicated faculty, unique elective courses, visual and performing arts programs, and experiential learning.

St. Anne students are given the opportunity to grow both inside and outside the classroom, preparing them to navigate their world with confidence. From a mud kitchen and a vegetable garden to Ellis Island Day and a variety of field studies, students learn through discovery and exploration.

The St. Anne School community and culture are designed to support both academic success and strength of character. As an independent Catholic school, faith is woven into school life with the celebration of weekly Mass, grade-level retreats, and community outreach. Students are recognized monthly as Knotable Knights, chosen for having embodied one of the school's School-wide Learning Expectations. The Knotable Knights program has been part of the school community for over a decade and encourages students to live out the Mission and Values on which St. Anne School was founded.

Mission Statement

St. Anne School is an independent Roman Catholic school that strives to inspire each child to pursue their highest level of academic achievement, spiritual formation, and character development. Our collaborative community of inspirational teachers, dedicated administrators and committed parents ensures each student is empowered to explore their God-given gifts, discover their passions, and envision their future as a positive influence on the world.

Philosophy

Recognizing Jesus Christ as the ultimate teacher, we strive to nurture the mind, heart, body, and soul of every student. St. Anne School is dedicated to working with parents to provide a rich and rigorous Catholic education.  Guided by Gospel values and Roman Catholic tradition, we combine proven practices and innovative strategies to develop instructional programs that offer all students the opportunity to realize their full potential. By placing at the center of instruction those qualities integral to health and happiness, we prepare students to fully participate in society–contributing new and innovative ideas, developing solutions that acknowledge the inherent dignity of all people, and using their unique talents to build a future that reflects Christ’s promise.

Vision

To develop generations of creative thinkers, innovative problem solvers, effective communicators, and emerging leaders guided by the Catholic faith, to influence our local and global communities for the greater good.

Character Development and Virtues Program

Character development is at the heart of St. Anne School’s educational philosophy. Through our Virtues and Knotable Knights Programs, Campus Ministry outreach, and religious curriculum that emphasizes empathy and leadership, we nurture students to become compassionate, respectful, and responsible individuals.

Our dedicated teachers create a supportive environment that celebrates honesty, kindness, and perseverance. Our focus is to ensure that our students grow into well-rounded individuals ready to face the future with confidence and a strong moral compass.
