ECDC Celebrates Dr. Seuss' Birthday with Green Eggs and Ham

St. Anne ECDC celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with a fun day wearing pajamas and cooking green eggs and ham! The children practiced their fine motor skills by cracking eggs, counting, discovering color changes, predicting outcomes and charting their responses on whether or not they like green eggs and ham.

He forever changed the way children's books were written and continues to inspire generations. It was amazing to see how many children really do like green eggs and ham!
