This summer, we will be counting our reading minutes for prizes and recognition. While you’re completing your summer reading assignments, why not track your minutes to earn a little something extra?

You’ve been chosen to represent your galaxy on this intergalactic mission to defy the Black Hole of Boredom. We will take off from this giant star with some of our astronomical friends and journey through the Solar System until we arrive at our final destination — Faraway Forest on Planet Neptune!

Read 20 minutes a day, five days a week this summer (1,100 minutes total) to receive a free dress pass in the fall!

Be one of the top five readers in your grade level to be invited to the exclusive Summer Reading Pizza Party!

Can you “Out Read Your Librarian?” Keep counting your minutes and see if you can spend more time reading than Ms. Melilli! Bragging rights and a cool spirit shirt will be yours along with special recognition at assembly.

If you complete any of the challenges online this summer, you will be entered into a raffle for some special prizes.
